Most of our guitar students came in with no experience at all. We make sure beginners feel comfortable and confident from day one.
Our goal?
To have you playing the songs you love within just a few lessons, and more importantly, to view yourself as a guitar player.

Private guitar lessons begin at age 7, but we also have early childhood music & movement programs for younger kids (and their grownups!).
Adults are always welcome too… it's never too late to start.

Not for the FREE trial. We've got you covered for that.
But after you enroll, we do ask that you bring your own instrument to lessons.

Both work great for beginners!
Acoustic guitars are versatile and don't require additional equipment (no amp needed). Electric guitars are often easier on the fingers and better for rock, metal, or blues styles.We'll help you choose based on your musical interests.
Want to play campfire songs? Acoustic.
Want to shred like your favorite rock band? Electric.

Lessons are scheduled weekly at the same time each week, in 30- or 60-minute sessions.
We do offer makeup lessons (with some guidelines) and will work with you to find a time that fits your routine.

Yes, fingertip soreness is completely normal for the first 2-3 weeks as you build calluses. It's temporary and means you're doing it right!
Tips to minimize discomfort: practice in shorter sessions (10-15 minutes at a time), make sure your guitar is properly set up (we can check), and stick with it. The soreness goes away quickly the more you practice.

Yes. Most people who struggled with guitar lessons in the past were taught using methods that prioritize theory and classical technique before playing actual music.
We flip that approach. You'll play songs you recognize from your very first lesson, which keeps you motivated and makes practice enjoyable rather than tedious.
